You can apply for a place for your child if they are turning four between 1 September 2013 and 31 August 2014. Applications must be submitted by Wednesday 15 January 2014.

Our application form offers a quick, easy and secure way of applying for your child's place at primary school. If you are resident in Lancashire you can apply online for your preferred primary schools, even if any of these are outside of the County.
Some schools, such as Voluntary Aided (Church), Foundation Primary Schools and Academies may require you to complete a supplementary information form (SIF) which is returned to the school. If you are unsure, please contact the school directly. You can download the SIFs at the end of the online application form or from the downloads page.
Submit your application. You can amend your online application right until the deadline date if you wish to make any changes.
All applications must be submitted by Wednesday 15 January 2014 and official offers of primary school places will be issued by second class post on Wednesday 16 April 2014 and available to online applicants later that evening.
