If you've missed this deadline please fill in the late application form as soon as possible. But, as we'll have received these late, we'll only be able to deal with them after applications we've received on time. This could mean that you have less chance of a place being available at one of your preferred schools.
There are four easy steps that you need to follow to apply for a primary school place for Lancashire residents.

Think carefully about the preferences you choose. If you need advice, speak to the Area Pupil Access Team at your local Area Education Office.

Read the supporting documents relevant to your area as they include specific details about the admission criteria for each school. This information should be read along with 'Information for Parents 2014/15'.
To apply for a school place you will need to have the following handy:
Some schools, such as Voluntary Aided (Church), Foundation Primary Schools and Academies may require you to complete a supplementary information form (SIF) which is returned to the school. If you are unsure, please contact the school directly. You can download the SIFs from the downloads page.
Your application must be submitted as soon as possible. Please forward any Supplementary Information Forms (for Faith Schools) direct to the relevant school.
