Dogs sniff out illegal tobacco in East Lancs

SNIFFER dogs helped to discover large amounts of illegal tobacco in raids carried out by Lancashire County Council Trading Standards Service in Accrington, Rossendale, Burnley, Nelson and Colne in the last fortnight.
