News: School Pupils Ramble On

Wednesday, 2nd June 2004
(PR 1374)

School travel is even easier following changes to Preston Bus Rambler Tickets.

From Monday 7 June 2004, Preston Bus Rambler Tickets will be accepted on all County Council supported school services that start and finish within the Preston City Council area, as well as Preston Bus' school services.

A seven-day Rambler Ticket for a child under 16 costs just £5.50 and can be used for unlimited travel on Preston Bus services up to 9pm each day. One-day tickets are also available.

They can be purchased at Preston Bus Information Centre on the Bus Station, in the Preston Bus office at 221 Deepdale Road and at most post offices in the Preston area.

All other school service tickets remain available.
