The Governors of this improving school wish to appoint a highly motivated and outstanding classroom practitioner to our Key Stage 2 team. The school has recently been through a period of change and development. This is an exciting time for the school following a particularly successful HMI Monitoring Visit In November 2011. If you think that you can offer motivating lessons, proactive subject leadership and specialism (preferably Art & DT, Able, Gifted and Talented) and be committed to continued school improvement we welcome your application.

Essential Qualifications Qualified Teacher Status.

Desirable Qualifications Any extra qualifications will be acknowledged.

Essential Experience Candidates must have a minimum of three years teaching experience in Key Stage 2 preferably teaching Lower Juniors and or Year 4.

Desirable Experience We are an inner city, community school and would value any experience of working with children from a variety of backgrounds e.g. EAL, SEND, challenging behavioural etc.
We would welcome a professional who has the desire to play an active role in all aspects of school life. Being able to contribute to delivering extracurricular activities would be most welcome.
